Okay I did this in October and I was so happy, so I am going to do it again! Yep going to give up sugar, carbs and alcohol for a month.  When I did this in October I couldn’t believe how great I felt, and how much weight I lost.  And combined this with my favorite workout ToughLove, I am going to be one happy camper.  Plus I have a wedding in Hawaii in June, so I need to look good!  So on that note, the only sugar I am going to have for awhile will have to be in the form of pictures.  Ohhhhhh this all looks so good!
