Hippy Hop, Easter Time

Easter is this weekend, and I love this holiday.  There is just something so sweet about kids and Easter Egg hunts, not to mention the fantastic candy that goes along with this holiday. This Easter photo shoot from The Pretty Blog, is such a fun new way to have an Easter brunch.  I love all of the shades of blue!

Something Blue

How amazing is this turquoise wedding dress?  I love it, and how much fun would a beach wedding in a blue dress be?  This photo shoot from SMP is just so simple and yet so stunning.  The beach is my very favorite place!

Red, White, and Blue Love

Happy 4th of July everyone! I am so excited to be enjoying my day with so much of my family.  I have my sister, her family, my aunt and her family, and my Grandad all in town for this one! We are having a huge family BBQ followed by the rodeo and fireworks.  I am pretty excited about it all.  So to celebrate this super fun day, here is a pretty backyard wedding from The Sweetest Occasion.  This sure would be a fun way to celebrate the fourth!

Crazy about peacocks

The wedding I have this weekend, is going to be really fun.  Yet another great couple and some really fun decor.  I am pretty excited to see the final product.  One of the fun details of this wedding, is including not just peacock feathers, but also bringing the colors of the feathers into the linens.  So in anticipation of the wedding, I thought I would share this inspiration table I did a couple years ago.  I have to say peacock feathers sure can lead to some great decor.

Beautiful Table Top

If you were raised with a mother like mine, one thing that is finely ingrained in you is a love of table top and beautiful china. Well SMP brought both of these things to the table, so to speak, in this incredible photo shoot.  Gold china, purple flowers, crystal, it really just doesn’t get much better then this.

Real Wedding: Carolyn and Ross

I have been waiting for so long to share more of this wedding with all of you.  Last summer, my very good friends Ross and Carolyn got married here in Sun Valley.  And I had the distinct pleasure of not only being their planner and florist, but I was a bridesmaid as well. It was a picture perfect August day in Carolyn’s parents backyard in a grove of aspens, and the wedding was crazy fun, as you can see from the pictures. I was so honored to get to play so many roles in this wedding.  The photographs come from my very good friend and super talented photographer Kirsten Shultz.  Much love to you Carolyn and Ross, hope you are having a blast in Africa!!

Guest Inspiration Board: Hotspot

I am off to sunny Los Angels, so as always I thought I would leave you with a couple of my favorite new inspiration boards.  This one comes from the great blog Hotspot…..
